Inspections before a home goes on the market are becoming more and more common. This inspection provides the seller with an idea of the condition their home is in and what should be done before the FIRST offer is made to purchase their home. Many times if the items that will be called by a BUYER'S HOME INSPECTION were already addressed with a PRE-LISTING INSPECTION, the FIRST OFFER to buy your home might be the only offer you need. This Inspection is becoming mandatory in a tight or weak market. Be ahead of the game with a Pre-Inspection of your home.

NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION

If you are building or buying a newly constructed home we can monitor the major phases of construction. Deficiencies that you would never know existed can be rectified before you take possession of your new home. Our construction inspections can detect problems that would otherwise be difficult to identify once the building process is completed. Having your newly constructed home professionally inspected by our company as early as possible in the buying process can possibly save you thousands of dollars on items which you may be able to have the builder correct. ONE YEAR NEW HOME WARRANTY INSPECTION

After you have lived in your newly constructed home for 10 months we will prepare a list of outstanding deficiencies for you to review with your builder prior to your home-owner warranty expiration date.
